Brian brings a unique and valuable business background to B&A along with 25 years of people leadership. During his 10 years of restaurant management as a chef, he embraced the fast pace while developing and applying a number of process improvements at several private & corporate restaurants. Shifting gears in the early 90's, he spent over 9 years at American Express and acquired Six Sigma certifications. Brian has worked for other fortune 500 organizations most recently 5 years at The Schwan’s Food Company. There he was responsible for Sales support along with running the company's operations. Some of Brian's most notable strengths are his positive outlook, strategic foresight, and the ability to exceed goals and expectations.
