Edward brings 10+ years of Food Service experience to the B&A sales team in the Southeast with a majority of his career on the operator side of the business. He is an accomplished Executive Chef who is empathetic to the challenges a Chef faces from all aspects of running kitchen professionals to kitchen costs. Edward will be able to connect on a culinary level that most sales professionals can’t unless they too were a Chef. Edward also understands from a unique perspective the role a distributor plays in the process and the significance of positioning our Manufacturing Partners products as a value add to all sides within the sales cycle. He led his team to win Best Food in 2017 and Best Drink 2018 with original recipes created by him. Edward is excited to join the B&A team utilizing his unique culinary prospective for food in order to penetrate the Florida market on behalf of all of our Manufacturing Partners.
