Harry has over 18 years of experience in the food service industry. He has spent (12) years as an Owner/Operator of two successful seafood restaurants where he was awarded the National Restaurant Association’s State “Restaurant Neighbor” Award. Harry’s restaurants were voted by the community as “Best Seafood”, “Best Bar” & “Best Happy Hour” restaurant. Harry is trained as a Chef in all aspects of menu planning, food preparation, food safety and food culture. He has a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University and an Environmental Management degree from Charleston Southern University. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Greater Charleston Restaurant Association (GCRA), chairman of the GCRA Membership committee, and “Taste of Charleston” and “Oyster Festival” event committees. Harry also served our country in the United States Navy and is very excited to be joining the B&A professional family.
