Director of Foodservice Sales
Mitch comes to B&A with 20+ years of foodservice experience. Prior to joining B&A Mitch was the Regional Sales Manager then Key/Commercial Account Manager for The Chef’s Warehouse. Mitch is a trained chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University Of Rhode Island. Most recently Mitch was the Director Of Sales for a French start-up that manufactured a line of “Clean-Label” Slow Roasted Tomatoes, Grilled and Roasted Vegetables, Artichoke Hearts, Veggie Burgers and a variety of dips/spreads.
Mitch is dedicated to building strong relationships and is a true business professional. Mitch’s energy and experience will provide a great balance between B&A’s customers and principals.
