Piera comes to B&A with over 20 years of National and Metro New York foodservice experience. Prior to joining B&A, Piera was the National Sales Manager for Damascus Bakery the makers of the very successful “Brooklyn Bred”. She also has worked for such major corporations as Symrise and Mondelez International (Nabisco). In addition to sales, Piera has a culinary background and owned her own restaurant in Montclair NJ. Piera has degree in International Business from Montclair State University. She is dedicated to building strong relationships especially with national restaurant chains and is a true business professional.
