Tim joins B & A Food Sales with 25 years experience in the food industry throughout the U.S., with special emphasis in the Southeast and Florida markets. He has enjoyed successful tenures with Kellogg's, Beatrice/Hunt-Wesson, Schreiber Foods and, most recently, Lactalis Foodservice (aka Sorrento Cheese). Tim also experienced the entrepreneurial side of the business as a principal owner of a frozen pizza company, servicing private label customers throughout the nation. These experiences have culminated in a vast understanding of the food service industry and a keen empathy for the elements necessary to meet customer requirements in both the distributor and operator arenas.
Tim was also fortunate to have attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and completed their exclusive Certified Culinary Sales Professional (CCSP) Program. This education has only enhanced his awareness of the needs of his customer partners. Tim's personal commitment to his relationships within the industry will insure the mutual goals of principals, distributors and operators are met and exceeded.
