Charlie Cruger

Charlie Cruger brings over 25 years of retail and distributor food knowledge to the position of Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. By continually surpassing his sales and profit goals, he moved quickly through the ranks from Deli Manager to Director of Deli and Prepared Foods at the Pathmark Supermarket chain. Learning the business from the ground up gives Charlie the know how to overcome challenges at both store level and at headquarters. In his most recent position as Director of Procurement for RLB Food Distributors, Charlie managed a distribution business focused on high-end perishables giving him an even broader base of experience from which to draw on in his role. Charlie’s responsibilities at B&A include developing successful and cost effective marketing plans for the NY Metro market for each of our principals, analysis of data for the creation of meaningful business review presentations, overseeing our Store Support Managers, and being the Liaison for new Principals to insure that their transition to B&A is flawlessly executed.
